Booking Policy
WHEN BOOKING YOU HAVE AGREED THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ THE INFORMATION AND YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS PROVIDED BELOW:
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IRRITATION OR ALLERGIC REACTIONS THAT MAY OCCUR FROM PRODUCTS OF HAIR THAT MAY BE USED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE .
LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please arrive on time for your appointment as there may be additional appointments following yours. I will allow a 15 minute grace period at no cost. Anything exceeding the grace period will either be cancelled or will be charged a $50.00 late fee.
If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
No call No-shows will NOT be permitted to book in the future.
Please No additional guests as I can only accommodate the client that is being serviced.

If you are traveling more than 1.5 hours away. Please reach out to me to schedule a virtual consultation
In preparation for the consultation, please come with your hair in its natural state.
FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY:
I generally film most of my appointments for content. I do not typically show my clients’ face, but it is possible depending on the style.

REFUND POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Deposits can be transferrable in the event of the client requesting to reschedule after adhering to the cancellation policy.
ABSOLUTELY NO services will be refunded. Please notify me if you are dissatisfied with my services prior to you leaving your appointment so I can try to resolve the issue.
