Booking Policy

WHEN BOOKING YOU HAVE AGREED THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ THE INFORMATION AND YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS PROVIDED BELOW:

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IRRITATION OR ALLERGIC REACTIONS THAT MAY OCCUR FROM PRODUCTS OF HAIR THAT MAY BE USED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE .

  • LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment as there may be additional appointments following yours. I will allow a 15 minute grace period at no cost. Anything exceeding the grace period will either be cancelled or will be charged a $50.00 late fee.

  • If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No call No-shows will NOT be permitted to book in the future.

  • Please No additional guests as I can only accommodate the client that is being serviced.

CONSULTATIONS:

  • If you are interested in starting your loc journey, please book a consultation.

  • If you are traveling more than 1.5 hours away. Please reach out to me to schedule a virtual consultation

  • In preparation for the consultation, please come with your hair in its natural state.

FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY:

I generally film most of my appointments for content. I do not typically show my clients’ face, but it is possible depending on the style.

  • Cash (please provide exact amount as chang may NOT be available)

  • debit/credit card through the booking site for a 4% convenience fee

REFUND POLICY

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Deposits can be transferrable in the event of the client requesting to reschedule after adhering to the cancellation policy.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO services will be refunded. Please notify me if you are dissatisfied with my services prior to you leaving your appointment so I can try to resolve the issue.
